Additional storage
Your JobStaq subscription comes with a storage quota per active employee which you're able to use to upload files (eg. images), and for storing system generated files of quotes, invoices, and forms. You are able to view your storage usage at any time by visiting the Settings > Billing section of the web interface, which will provide a breakdown of the files types consuming most space.
Once you've reached your account storage limit, you will no longer be able to upload any new files to your account. System generated files will continue to save successfully when you have run out of space, though these continue to count towards your storage limit. In order to be able to upload new files, you will need to delete enough files for your total storage to go below your account limit.
If there are no files which you are able to delete in your account, you can either upgrade your account to a higher plan which comes with a higher storage allocation, or purchase additional storage space for your plan from the Settings > Billing section of the web interface.
Additional storage can be purchased in increments of 1GB, and will be shown as an additional item on your plan subscription invoices, with a pro-rota charge for changes made mid-way through a billing period.
You have the option to enable auto-upgrade of storage, which means we'll automatically increase the additional storage space on your account as required to prevent running out of storage space. Note that if enabled, at present your allocation will not automatically decrease if you delete files.
Additional storage is priced at ÂŖ0.25/GB/month.
