Account credit

Some features in JobStaq are not included in the base subscription price, and require additional charges for each use of the feature, to cover costs which we are unable to factor into the base subscription. At present, this is the case for SMS communications and printed letters. The charges for these features may vary depending on your plan, so please consult the pricing table to see what these will cost to use.

To prevent any unpredicted charges for users, pay-as-you-go features are charged from prepaid account credit, and will fail if you don't have sufficient credit.

You're able to top-up your credit balance manually through settings on our web interface. At this time, credit can't be purchased through the app due to large app store payment processing fees. You can also configure notifications for when your balance falls below a threshold, and/or automatic top-ups, which allow you to specify an amount of credit to purchase (using the same payment method configured for your subscription) whenever your balance falls below a set limit.

The billing settings section of the web interface also contains a credit usage history table, so you're able to monitor which activities/users have been consuming your credits.
