Audit logs

Audit logs give you the ability to view a history of important actions taken within your JobStaq account. This can be useful for tracking changes made by users, and for diagnosing issues which may have occurred.

Security logs​

Security logs are kept for all login attempts for users in your account. We don't currently expose these via the web interface (this is on the development backlog), but are able to provide exports of these on request if reuired.

Record logs​

Record logs let you view the history of changes made to data within your account. This gives you the ability to trace which fields were changed by users in your account, and provides you a way to recover any data that has been unintentionally overwritten or deleted.

In the web interface, some records such as customers and jobs will provide access to their logs through the "options" dropdown. For all other records, you're able to find these in company settings.

Integration sync logs​

Integration sync logs allow you to view details of syncs that have occurred between JobStaq and any configured integrations, such as QuickBooks. This can be useful for diagnosing the reasons that errors occurred during the sync process, and figuring out where data not created by a user in your account originated from.

Integration logs can be accessed through the web interface here, by searching for "integration audit" in the search bar, or via company settings.
