Data deletion
Account deletionâ
If you no longer wish for us to hold any of your data, you can request deletion through the JobStaq web interface if you have access to your company's JobStaq settings. Navigate to the Billing page in settings, and click onto the "Delete Account" tab. From here, you have the option to request deletion of your account. The account creator will receive an email confirmation of the deletion request, and unless the request is cancelled within 7 days, the deletion will proceed.
We also automatically remove data for inactive accounts on a periodic basis. After 3 months of the last payment received, or one month after expiry of the free trial period, the account creator will receive a notification that their account is scheduled for deletion. Unless the account is reactivated by subscribing to a new plan, or the deletion request is cancelled through the web interface within 1 month of the notification, the account will be removed.
Partial deletionâ
If you wish to delete some of your account data while keeping your account active, you should be able to delete most data from within our software yourself at any point in time. If this option is unavailable for the data you wish to be removed, please contact our support team via email on [email protected] with details on what you require removing, and we will be able to assist.
