Booking portals now support advanced travel time controls, giving you fine-grained control over which appointment slots are offered to customers based on engineer travel requirements.

You can configure the maximum travel time change for scheduling a new event on a given day, and the thresholds at which an event is labelled as "eco" in the booking portal.

Formulas for these options are flexible, and can be absolute values (eg. 10 minutes), based on the shortest direct route from a skilled engineer, event durations (to allow more travel for higher-value work), or date-based (eg. to relax requirements for next-day bookings).

You can view your settings on the booking portal settings page, and changes to these values can be made by reaching out to support.
